[Workshop Training] - Transform Your Sales Approach with Emotional Intelligence
The New Leaders successfully hosted the workshop "Differentiated Selling with Emotional Intelligence" in Ho Chi Minh City on the morning of Saturday, August 26, 2023. This event was part of The New Leaders' efforts to enhance sales effectiveness and support sales professionals in building meaningful relationships with customers.
The workshop attracted many sales managers, business development managers, and senior sales professionals from various businesses. The program began with a networking session, providing participants the opportunity to interact and share experiences before diving into the main content.
Ms. Ngân Trần, CEO of The New Leaders and a Harvard Leadership Executive, led the training with insightful discussions on modern sales mindsets. She emphasized that traditional sales methods are no longer effective in today’s world, and building emotional connections and delivering value to customers has become increasingly important.
The workshop focused on three main topics:
- Modern sales mindsets based on trust, emotion, and value
- Methods for communicating, connecting, and understanding customers using emotional intelligence
- Discussions and experience sharing with successful sales professionals
Participants were equipped with new knowledge and skills on how to apply emotional intelligence in the sales process. They also had the opportunity to practice and exchange real-life experiences, helping them improve their ability to apply these new insights to their daily work.
This event was part of The New Leaders Network’s training initiatives, aimed at building a community of highly skilled leaders and sales professionals in Vietnam. The success of the workshop once again highlighted the critical role of emotional intelligence in sales and business development.
