The New Leaders (TNL) recently held a highly successful special workshop on Emotional Intelligence & Effective Leadership for the management and leadership community in Vietnam. This event was part of TNL's mission to promote effective leadership skills based on emotional intelligence (EQ) to a wide audience of managers and leaders across the country.
