Building trust and emotional intelligence (EQ) communication skills we've learned from The New Leaders' customized program have really helped our leadership team connect better. Developing EQ in our team has fostered a culture of trust, friendliness, and a safe space for sharing and creativity within the team.

Developing from junior managers to senior managers is a long growing path. We reached out to The New Leaders who provide customized training in EQ management to grow our team.
