As part of the #COFFEE&CONNECT event series, The New Leaders was honored to collaborate with PERSOLKELLY to organize the workshop "Leading Effectively with Emotional Intelligence", which was attended by many HR Managers (HRM), HR Directors (HRD), and senior managers from various industries. 🥳

Through interactive activities, discussions, and experience sharing from trainer Ms. Ngân Trần and participating managers, we gained deeper insights into emotional intelligence (EQ), empathy, and methods for better listening and improving our work performance.

Previously, many of us might have considered EQ a "nice to have" skill for management and leadership positions. However, after the workshop, we understood why it is a "must have" skill for decision-making and effective leadership, especially for senior leaders. The New Leaders’ approach is highly practical, allowing attendees to immediately apply what they learned in both their work and personal lives.

The New Leaders aims to spread this knowledge about EQ to even more managers, leaders, organizations, and businesses through these sharing events.
