As part of the #COFFEE&CONNECT event series, The New Leaders was honored to collaborate with PERSOLKELLY to organize the workshop “Leading Effectively with Emotional Intelligence”, which was attended by many HR Managers (HRM), HR Directors (HRD), and senior managers from various industries.
The workshop featured interactive activities and discussions focused on emotional intelligence, empathy, and listening skills, led by trainer Ms. Ngân Trần.
