JOB DESCRIPTION • Work directly with stakeholders to define product goals, priorities and requirements. • Collaborate with the Designer to develop concepts, create user flows and propose user experience solutions. • Write product requirement and feature documentation (PRD, user stories, acceptance criteria). • Plan, track progress and ensure the quality of deliverables on schedule.

COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS • At least 2 years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager or Business Analyst • Understanding of UX/UI and data-driven product development. Experience with Figma is an advantage. • Prior experience working with AI products/teams and AI workflows. • Project management skills • Strong communication, documentation and logical thinking skills. • Experience in human resources training and working in a startup or fast-paced project environment is a plus.
