The New Leaders is a leadership development and executive education company focused on helping leaders and organizations thrive through the integration of Leadership, Human Behavior, Emotional Intelligence, Business Strategy, and AI with the framework from leading institutes: Harvard, Cornell, Oxford.

We work with multinational corporations, leading Vietnamese organizations, and senior leaders to create meaningful behavioral change and measurable business impact through leadership development, coaching, assessments, and executive learning experiences.

As we enter our next stage of growth, we are looking for a highly entrepreneurial marketing leader who can help build and scale our brand, audience, community, and lead generation engine.

Role Purpose

This is not a traditional corporate marketing role.

We are looking for a builder.

Someone who can think strategically, execute hands-on, move fast, and build systems that drive growth.

The successful candidate can operate as an individual builder and also build and lead a high-performing marketing team.

The mission of this role is to transform The New Leaders into a scalable growth engine.

Key Responsibilities

1. Growth Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and execute growth strategies to increase brand awareness, audience engagement, lead generation, and revenue contribution.
  • Identify new opportunities for market expansion, partnerships, and community growth.
  • Design and manage marketing campaigns that drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Translate business priorities into clear marketing initiatives and execution plans.

2. Content & Thought Leadership

  • Lead the content strategy and execution across multiple channels in creative approaches: LinkedIn, Facebook, Website, Newsletter, Events, Video content
  • Executive thought leadership platforms
  • This role will work closely with the Founder to build a strong leadership and thought leadership presence in the market.

Responsibilities include:

  • Content strategy development
  • Content planning and editorial calendar management
  • Thought leadership positioning
  • Audience engagement strategy
  • Community building initiatives

3. Lead Generation & Demand Creation

Build and optimize lead generation systems through:

  • Organic content
  • Executive events
  • Partnerships
  • Email marketing
  • Social campaigns
  • Community initiatives
  • Performance marketing

Responsibilities include:

  • Marketing funnel design
  • Lead nurturing journeys
  • Conversion optimization
  • Campaign performance tracking
  • Marketing-to-sales alignment

4. Marketing Operations & Analytics

  • Establish marketing dashboards and reporting systems.
  • Monitor campaign performance and ROI.
  • Manage CRM and marketing automation processes.
  • Use data and insights to improve marketing effectiveness and business outcomes.

5. Team Building & Leadership

Over time, this role will:

  • Build the marketing function and team structure.
  • Recruit and develop marketing talent.
  • Establish marketing processes, KPIs, and operating rhythms.
  • Create a culture of ownership, execution excellence, and continuous improvement.

Success Metrics

  • Within the first 12 months, success may include:
  • Significant growth in audience reach and engagement.
  • Stronger founder and company brand visibility.
  • Increased inbound leads and qualified opportunities.
  • Consistent content and campaign execution.
  • Established marketing systems and reporting dashboards.
  • Foundation for a scalable marketing team.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Experience

  • 8+ years of experience in Marketing, Growth, Brand.
  • Experience building brands and marketing functions from the ground up.
  • Strong experience in B2B marketing, professional services, consulting, education, executive learning, technology, or related industries.
  • Experience working in fast-moving, entrepreneurial environments.

Capabilities

The ideal candidate is able to:

  • Create content and direct content quality.
  • Understand audience psychology and buying behavior.
